We have mastered the art of crafting coffee with care, precision and passion. Our difference is in the air-roasting process where we can optimally control the roasting process down to every last bean. With our state-of-the-art air-roasting machine an even amount of time and temperature is applied to the beans to ensure a perfect balance of flavours. We produce light, medium and dark roasts from various origins such as Columbia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Tanzania and Uganda.
It is only fitting that coffee, the great connector, is produced in this small village which embodies human connectedness, community and heart. Middledale Roastery is a family run business appealing to the growing speciality coffee culture in South Africa and abroad.
