Shipping Policy

Your coffee is roasted, packed and delivered to all major South African cities within five to seven working days upon receipt of payment. Should your order be unable to be fulfilled due to reasons out of our control we will contact you and see where we can assist you. Your experience with Middledale Roastery must be great!

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as ownership and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

• No delivery fee on orders over R400 (main cities in South Africa)
• R60 delivery fee on orders under R400 (main cities in South Africa)
• For areas not serviced by our courier company, The Provider will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by our courier company within their normal routes. In these circumstances the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.
